1. ¥ 20,000 yen per person security bond on arrival (returned on departure if apartment is clean and undamaged)
2. ¥ 4500 yen per bed per night (share room)
3. ¥ 6000 yen per room per night (single person only)
4. ¥ 27000 yen per night for the whole appartment (Maximum 6 people)
5. Bookings need to be for minimum 7 days
6. Bookings are only confirmed by making a non refundable deposit of 30% of the total rent
7. The balance of the fee is to be paid on arrival

1. If you do not dispose of the rubbish correctly you will lose all of your deposit
2. If the landlord complains about your behaviour or the condition of the apartment you will lose all of your deposit
3. You must clean the apartment before you leave so that it is the same as when you arrived. If you do not then you will be charged 30-60 000 ¥ for professional cleaning service
4. Shoes not to be worn in house
5. the kitchen and dishes must be cleaned up as soon as you use them
6. ¥ 20,000 yen deposit per person upon arrival refunded if house rules followed and no damages
7. No loud music or noise after 10.00 pm if any complaints from landlord no refund of deposit
8. Turn off all electrical appliances before leaving house
9. No smoking inside
10. No alcohol in the house
11. When you use anything replace it where you found it after use

Transport

Transport from Narita (Tokyo) airport to Noda City (Hombu & Mansions) is available in several different methods:

Train
Once you arrive at Narita airport, take the shuttle bus to the train station and follow the map of pictures HERE to the Mansions.
It takes approximately 2-3hrs by train to Noda City and costs approximately ¥2500yen.

Limousine
If you would like us to organise a Limousine to pick you up from the Airport and take you to ‘The Mansions’ in air conditioned comfort, that can be arranged for a fee of ¥27000yen.
Depending on the amount of luggage you have, this Limousine is good for 2 or 3 people only.

Mini Bus

If you are traveling with a few friends, you may wish for us to organise a Mini Bus for you.
This will seat up to 6 or 7 (depending on the amount of luggage you have) and has a fee of ¥39000yen.
