Japanese Martial Arts Magazine, produced monthly. The magazine
featured a special article based on the fact that Darren is the
highest ranked Instructor in Australia. The main questions centred
on the quality and future of Bujinkan in Australia. The 2 hour
interview was at the Budokan Training Facility in Japan which
was built by the Japanese Government to be the focal point for
Martial Arts in Japan.
- 2004 Darren was interviewed on FM radio in the
Canary Islands and was also radio interviewed in Barcelona by
Miguel Fernandez Vazquez, one of the Barcelona's top Karate Instructors.
and Fernando Aixa Torres one of Spain's best Bujinkan practitioners.

- For over a decade Darren has helped develop Bujinkan in Australia
by organising seminars by Master Instructors. He was one of the
key personel that organized the Grand Master's first Australian
visit in 1992.
